Fans of the show are aware that after spending 17 years in jail for drug dealing, Cookie is determined to reclaim her share of Empire Entertainment and dethrone Lucious' long time lover Anika, played by Grace Gealey.
"Top Five" Chris Rock actor is also likley to join the star-studded cast of the show. Although the production house is keeping the detail of his character under wrap, saying that he is playing "someone from the past," Daniel's latest Instagram upload featured the actor and Howard's character in matching orange suit. The video indicates that Rock is likely to play the role of hip hop mogul's prison mate, who has re-entered his life.
