YouTube has its own app but this new revolutionary app called Tuber redefined the YouTube browsing experience.
Tuber provides a great YouTube experience because it has the native YouTube functionality and at the same time, it offers additional features that allows the user to navigate through their favorite subscriptions easily, according to Life Hacker.
The app has a Gesture driven navigation feature and the Picture in Picture feature. It also has an intuitive Nice looking GUI that has similarities with the iOS 7 and iOS 8 designs. With 14 different themes to choose from, the user can customize their own app's look and feel.
The user can make more customizations since Tuber also has a setting for creating the user's desired Search options and the desired Video Quality.
Just like the actual YouTube app, the user can Like, Dislike, Comment and share the videos in the app. It also has the Watch Later option, the Favorites and Playlists just like in the original YouTube app.
Tuber stands out because instead of being directed to the generic YouTube homepage full of suggested videos and previously watched ones, its homepage is a panel that has the channels the user is subscribed to. This gives the user immediate access to the related videos that he or she would like to see.
Additionally, if the user would like to see the fresh new videos of the day, they can hit a button at the top right corner of the app which opens to a panel of the new videos at the time.
So far, it has received positive reviews from the users.
One of the users, Elizabeth Donahue, reported that she enjoyed using the app because it allows her to "watch the channels I've subscribed to easily without all of the recommendations and music videos YouTube forces on you."
There are still other features that the app can improve on but the basic idea of the app can certainly redefine the YouTube browsing experience, Android Headlines reported.
