Xiaomi Mi5 Plus is the unreleased flagship that is set to arrive with its sibling, the Xiaomi Mi5 later this year. Fresh details on the specifications and images of the Xiaomi Mi5 Plus have surfaced after it was spotted at TENAA, a handset certification body in China.
According to TENAA's listing, the larger version of the Xiaomi Mi5 will be packed with a huge 5.7-inch Quad HD IPS screen. Like its sibling, the Mi5 Plus phablet will be featuring the Snapdragon 820 SoC.
The chipset will be accompanied by 4 GB of LPDDR4 RAM. The native storage of the device will be 64 GB. Previous rumors had suggested that the handset would feature a 23 MP camera. However, TENNA's listing reveals that it will come with a 13 MP main camera and a front-facing camera 4 MP.
The Mi5 Plus will come loaded with Android Lollipop OS, the exact version of which is not known yet. The Xiaomi Mi5 Plus will be sporting a very slim design as it measures 6.95 in thickness. The height and the width of the device is 155.1 x 77.6 mm and it weighs 160 grams.
As of this writing, the Xiaomi Mi5 Plus release date has not been declared yet. Since the Xiaomi Mi5 is expected to come out with a price tag of 2399 Yuan (around $386), its larger version will release with a costlier price tag, Techno Buffalo reported.
