"American Horror Story" series creator Ryan Murphy recently talked about the upcoming fifth season of the hit Fx series entitled "Hotel"
On Sunday, Murphy and the cast members of "Hotel" sat down for a panel interview at the San Diego Comic Con, where they talked about the upcoming installment. According to Murphy, cast members Angela Bassett, Kathy Bates, Matt Bomer, Evan Peters and Sarah Paulson are considered to be the bad boys and girls of the series.
According to the Toronto Sun, Murphy was asked whether or not newbie Lady Gaga will play the role of a protagonist or an antagonist on "Hotel." The former "Glee" creator revealed that Gaga will mostly play the role of a bad character because this was the singer's request herself.
Murphy recounted the time when Lady Gaga herself approached him to tell him that she is a huge fan of the show. The "Born this Way" singer then asked if she could play any part and Murphy said that she is most welcome. Fast forward to a few months, fans cannot wait and see what role the singe will actually play in the series, E! News reported.
Meanwhile, Murphy responded to fan speculations that all of the five installments of "American Horror Story" are connected to one another. The creator said that it is somehow true and added that the connections will become more prevalent in "Hotel."
"American Horror Story" "Hotel" also stars Denis O'Hare, Frances Conroy, Lily Rabe, Michelle Pfeiffer, Chloe Sevigny, Wes Bentley and more. The series will premiere on Fx in the fall.
