"The Last Ship" Season 2 features an intense Episode 6 this week. The upcoming segment is titled "Long Day's Journey" and focuses on Chandler's battle against those who destroyed the labs. Meanwhile, the show will see a revelation of a big secret. Here are few spoilers for the next chapter of "The Last Ship" Season 2. Read on to find out what happens next.

In Episode 5 "Achilles," fans saw Chandler come face to face with rogue naval officers, manning a nuclear-powered submarine. The battle led to massive destruction and loss affecting the progress of Dr. Rachel Scott's research of the cure for the endemic.
Episode 6 of "The Last Ship" Season 2 picks up from where the previous segment left off. Chandler and the Nathan James' crew members continue their battle with the Immunes. According Carter Matt's description of "Long Day's Journey," Chandler heads to the Northern Florida as he seeks revenge for the destruction of Scott's lab.
As Chandler searches for the Immunes, he discovers a whole compound belonging to Immunes. He learns that the community of immune people is being led by none other than Sean and Ned Ramsey, the British naval officer owning the nuclear-powered submarine. Soon he realizes that it is not going to be an easy fight with the Ramseys, who have brought together a group of people who think they are superior to those who are not immune.
The abovementioned website notes that there is a "territorial battle ahead" of Chandler. Meanwhile, the doctor makes a significant discovery of a secret formula that was being developed by her mentor, Dr. Hunter. He was still in the process of perfecting the cure when he was killed by the Immunes, who are determined to eradicate those who are naturally not immune.
Even though the formula has the ability of mass-producing and disturbing the cure, it remains unfinished.
