Miley Cyrus' lesbian face swap Instagram post of Taylor Swift and Justin Bieber left everyone completely puzzled. But Swift's reaction to it was the buzz maker of all.
The meme photo that the "Wrecking Ball" singer posted on her Instagram account shows the faces of Justin Bieber and Taylor Swift swapped. The image came with text that wrote, "If you faceswap Justin Bieber and Taylor Swift, they look like a cute lesbian couple."
The post was not personally created by Cyrus but it certainly sent a misunderstood message to some folks over the Internet. The meme was created sometime in 2011, Buzzfeed stated. However, the entire controversy became a whole lot interesting when Swift took the time to respond to it in the most positive manner possible.
The "I Knew You Were Trouble" singer responded with a comment that says, "sending you love." This resulted to Cyrus' Instagram feeds all flooded with the same comments from tons of people around the globe.
Fandoms of Cyrus and Swift are both remaining calm about the entire situation or probably just waiting for something more to break the ice, Refinery29 reported. This may be for the obvious reason that both hit pop singers have never really sent out a direct and clear message on what they are trying to tell each other. Everything remains shaded.
It can be recalled how the two singers used to be the best of friends in the past until several rumored reasons emerged that kept the rift between the two. There were speculations in the past mentioned by Inquisitr that their grudges on each other began somewhere in 2008 when Nick Jonas broke off with Miley and another Jonas brother, Joe, started going out with Swift.
Other supposed reason of the two female singers being distant from each other was when the 25-year-old Swift supposedly got tired of hanging out with Cyrus due to the latter's wild partying antics. Since then, the Taylor Swift and Miley Cyrus feud has been an ongoing thing that makes the Internet go wild.
