The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge and the Samsung Galaxy S6 are the most powerful Android smartphones based on the famous benchmarking tool, AnTuTu. It was reported that the release of these two smartphones surprised the industry due to its Exynos chipset.
Samsung decided to use Exynos instead of Qualcomm Snapdragon 810. The company was reportedly looking for the good move for using the new chipset, as the 14nm process of Exynos is better and more efficient than the 20nm process of Snapdragon 810, Tech Times reported.
AnTuTu, the China-based benchmark software, revealed that Samsung Galaxy S6 scored 67,520 points, and Galaxy S6 Edge scored 63,910 points making them the top two Android Smartphones in the market these days.
The test results are evident that the Exynos played a significant part in Samsung's strategy to make its products even more efficient. The next Samsung device on the list is on the number nine, the Galaxy S5, with 49,402 points.
