OnePlus 2 is set to be officially launched on July 27, but Oppomart has already listed the handset with its specifications and pricing. The OnePlus 2 listing on the retailer website states that it will feature a 5.5 inches display supporting Quad HD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, producing a pixel count of 586 ppi.
As confirmed by OnePlus, the Oppomart listing also shows that the device is powered by Snapdragon 810 v2.1 chipset along with 4 GB of RAM. The handset will be available in two inbuilt storage versions of 32 GB and 64 GB.
It houses a Sony Exmos IMX 234 16 MP camera on its rear. On the front, it houses a 5 MP camera. The OnePlus 2 will come preloaded with OxygenOS based on Android 5.0 Lollipop OS. It also features a fingerprint scanner. The listing does not reveal whether the handset will come with USB-Type C support.
The dimensions and weight of the OnePlus 2 is not listed. It will come with support for global 4G LTE. The handset supports dual-SIM cards and will be available in color variants like white and black. It is equipped with a non-removable 3,300 mAh battery.
Oppomart has listed the OnePlus 2 with a price tag of $499. The pricing seems to contradict the promise made by CEO of OnePlus, Pete Lau, IBN LIive reported. He had promised that the OnePlus 2 will be available under $450. As of this writing, the Oppomart OnePlus 2 listing has not been confirmed by OnePlus.
