The much awaited "Street Fighter V" just had an all new character with a unique animalistic fighting style, unveiled by Capcom at the EVO 2015.
"Players who enjoy a straightforward, hard-hitting character will feel right at home with Necalli, as he possesses a wide variety of savage, close-range attacks, as well as a command grab, all with the goal of demolishing his foes," Capcom's Peter Rosas wrote in a blog post.
Necalli, with a mysterious background, is a big-haired warrior aims to inflict maximum damage to challengers by making use of the Battle System mechanics in the "Street Fighter V." He can create an explosion by pounding the ground with both his fists that damages the enemy totally.
The new character also packs a powerful V-Trigger that changes his personality for a very short period of time, and gives him ability to channel a mysterious energy at the opponent. He was first spotted in the reveal trailer of Ken.
Necalli is the first fighter among the four new fighters to join the roster of "Street Fighter V." The upcoming title will have a total of 16 characters, including the 4 new. However, Capcom has confirmed that players will receive more post-launch characters on a regular basis, PC Mag reported.
Capcom is all set for the first Street Fighter V online beta program, scheduled to start on July 23 to be available exclusively for PlayStation users. The beta program will initially feature 4 playable characters with two more characters to follow on July 25.
The highly anticipated "Street Fighter V" release will happen more likely in March 2016 for PS4 and PC, though Capcom is yet to officially announce a specific date.
