Game developer Eugen Systems said that its new RTS game title, "Act of Aggression", will be launched on Sept. 2.
The Pre Order Discount Offer for the game was also revealed and gamers who place their pre-orders will have a 15 percent off plus Multiplayer Beta access for the rest of pre orders, Capecod Online said. There is an indication that hostilities for the game has started.
Pre Purchases for "Act of Aggression" are available through the Steam digital game supply system. The bonus on pre purchase and Multiplayer Beta offers will provide the best chance for virtual commanders to begin mastering the three factions and the main mechanics of the game a few weeks prior to the actual release.
Players will share their experience with the support department at Eugen Systems for the final balancing. The Multiplayer Beta will have content updates throughout the summer season.
Meanwhile, "Act of Aggression" was unveiled in 2014 as an outdated RTS follow-up to developer Eugen Systems' Act of War and Wargame RTS products, PC Gamer reported. The product will feature asset collection, foundation building, and three extraordinary, rock-paper-scissors-style divisions competing for market dominance in future.
The resource collection process will focus on the tough, lumbering US Army, the versatile, high technology United Nations Organization task force Chimera, and the Cartel. The process will form a shadowy corporation bringing together political men, arms magnates, and armed force policymakers, who secretly exercise power of many private military organizations.
