Several rumors are doing the rounds about the release date, specifications and features of the Microsoft Surface Pro 4. Here are 3 key things that would make Microsoft Surface Pro 4 a perfect tablet.
Storage
The base storage option should be 128GB SSD and the tech giant Microsoft should get rid of the 64GB option. Laptop and personal computers manufacturers are giving 1TB HD options and it is becoming quite common. The upcoming Surface Pro 4 with 1TB could be an interesting variant. In addition, dropping 4GB RAM for the base model in favor of 8GB and moving up to 16GB describes the perfect new Surface Pro.
The upcoming tablet can go for a USB Type-C port in addition to the ones already present on the Surface Pro 3. The software company Microsoft could pay attention to Iris Graphics in the high end Surface Pro 4. The gaming experience would be a bonus point; however, the Microsoft will require to figure out how to cool the device down to manageable levels.
Display
Going for a larger display may not be a feasible option, therefore, going with a 12-inch screen but opting for slimmer bezels is what fans would want to see. A 4K display would not be recommended for the forthcoming tablet and would exhaust the battery life. The Surface Pro 3 has a 2,160 x 1,440 resolution, NDTV Gadgets reported. The tech giant could increase it up to 2,560x1,440.
Processor
Intel's Skylake is the processor being demanded by everyone to be in the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 and with a promise of enhanced battery life, a Core M Skylake could be anticipated. Heat-up problems were quite common in the Surface lineup. The Surface Pro 3 fan that claimed to be 30 percent efficient than other devices also ran into problems, according to GottaBeMobile. The tech giant will need to address those, so the Core M fanless appears perfect.
