After a trailer featuring Vegeta, a new one featuring 'Enemy Piccolo' started streaming on Thursday. The "Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection 'F'" trailer is called "Frieza Force Dossier - Enemy Piccolo."
"Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection 'F'" is set to be released for a limited time in the U.S. from Aug. 4 - 12, 2015. Watch the new trailer, here.
"The response to Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection 'F' has been incredible and advance ticket sales have already far exceeded last year's movie. We encourage fans to purchase tickets as early as possible to ensure they don't miss the opportunity to experience the movie in theaters; as well as join others in our interactive trivia contest as part of the special pre-show," Mike DuBoise, COO of FUNimation said (via Crossmap).
The new movie "Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection 'F'" is a sequel to "Dragon Ball Z: Battle of God." The upcoming DBZ movie is set to premiere at 42nd Street Entertainment Centre, New York on Aug. 3, 2015 at 6:30 p.m.
This movie is special because it sees the resurrection of Frieza. He is not dead. He was gone, but now he is back. "Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection 'F'" will also see Goku, Frieza and Vegeta in their ultimate forms. They will be seen as Golden Frieza, SSGSS Goku and SSGSS Vegeta.
Chris Ayres is coming back to portray Frieza in the English-dubbed version of "Dragon Ball Z: Ressurrection 'F'." The original creator of the manga, Akira Toriyama revealed that 'F' is Frieza and he got the idea from the song called 'F' by the Japanese band Maximum The Hormone.
