More than a month before "The Walking Dead" season 6 premiere, Colombian American actor Juan Gabriel Pareja is reportedly reprising his role as Morales as he is no longer a part of the AMC series' spinoff "Fear The Walking Dead."
A survivor of the outbreak in "The Walking Dead," Morales evacuated from Atlanta during the initial outbreak with his wife Miranda Morales (Viviana Chavez-Vega), son Louis Morales (Noah Lomax) and daughter Eliza Morales (Maddie Lomax).
The only way Morales could return to "The Walking Dead" season 6 is making him a replacement to fellow outbreak survivor Paul (E. Roger Mitchell) in "The Walking Dead" season 6 as much as Morgan Jones (Lennie James) is, according to Comic Book.
"The Walking Dead" season 6 is set to premiere on AMC on Oct. 11 while the prequel "Fear the Walking Dead" will debut on Aug. 23.
Meanwhile, "Fear the Walking Dead" hinted during the Television Critics Association's press tour in Beverly Hills how much time "The Walking Dead" spin-off will cover during its first season.
"By the end of season 1, we definitely know the world has changed, but we're not at the same place where Rick woke up," Entertainment Weekly quoted "Fear the Walking Dead" executive producer David Erickson as saying.
"Fear the Walking Dead" stars Ruben Blades, Mercedes Mason, Cliff Curtis, Alycia Debnam-Carey, Kim Dickens, Frank Dillane, Colman Domingo, Lorenzo James Henrie, Elizabeth Rodriguez, Toni French, Patricia Reyes Spindola, Bobby Naderi, Toby Levins, Khaira Ledeyo, David Hardware, Lincoln A. Castellanos and Sandrine Holt, among others.
