Windows 10, which was launched recently, is now running on over 14 million computers, according to Tech2. However, users are experiencing several problems and bugs such as Chrome Browser problems, Wi-Fi connectivity problems and activation problems.
Users are experiencing one of the major problems before upgrading to Windows 10, and that has to do with their efforts to activate the upgrade. According to several users, the screen shows a 'waiting to connect' message when attempting the initial installation. Users who are facing this problem should wait it out because it generally resolves itself within a few minutes, BGR reported.
Wi-Fi connectivity is another major issue. Windows 10 users are reporting that their Wi-Fi connection is unstable or cannot connect at all. It is unclear if this is an issue more prevalent in Windows 10, but the ideal solution is to disable the Wi-Fi sharing feature. A simple reboot may also resolve the issue.
Furthermore, users of Windows 10 are experiencing audio issues. They get no audio at all or their HD audio is not working properly. The tech giant Microsoft is investigating some of these problems; however, some workarounds for several audio problems are already circulating on the web.
Users of Chrome browser are facing their own set of problems particular to working with Google's browser, usually involving poor loading speeds. Reinstalling the browser and disabling extensions may help speed things up for the time being while the search giant works on resolving the problems.
Errors with copy and paste and locking Start menus are some of the other problems faced by Windows 10 users. Microsoft is preparing an update designed to address several of the issues.
