Samsung Galaxy Edge Tablet and Galaxy S6 Edge smartwatch rumored release is on Aug. 13 at the Samsung Unpacked 2015 event.
The Philippines edition of Samsung's website has released a new teaser image of the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2015 event. The image contains three devices placed on top of each other. The two devices that are placed on the top have similar sizes.
Since Samsung has recently released the 8-inch and 9.7-inch versions of the Galaxy Tab S2, the third device may be a Samsung Galaxy Edge Tablet, Android Authority reported.
Meanwhile, several concept renders of the Galaxy S6 Edge smartwatch have been published by Marfom Design Studio. It boasts premium design like the Galaxy S6 and the Galaxy S6 Edge. It is futuristic smartwatch that features a dual-edge curved display.
Since the Galaxy S6 Edge smartwatch is a concept model, Samsung will not be showcasing it at Aug. 13 launch event. However, the South Korean tech giant is heavily rumored to launch, the Galaxy Gear A smartwatch.
The Galaxy Gear A is expected to feature a Tizen 2.3.1 OS and a round dial. It will be powered by dual-core Exynos chip, 768 MB of RAM and native storage of 4 GB. It will also come with health-centric sensors and connectivity features like 4.1 Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
