Blizzard announced that "Heroes of the Storm" will have a new member. A day after Blizzard revealed other game additions, the announcement has implied that "Starcraft" series will receive more attention from this newest "Heroes of the Storm" content.
During the final Gamescom 2015 broadcast, Blizzard revealed that a fourth champion is under development for "Heroes of the Storm." Medic, the new roster member, is a clever hero who will specialize in single-target healing and crowd control.
While there are still no rich details about this character's missions on the gameplay, "Heroes of the Storm" fans are excited about this "Starcraft's" support champion introduction. Medic is more likely to be released after the launch of Artanic, Rexxar, and Kharazim who were introduced earlier in the week, Arstechnica reported. The new addition to the roster will make "Heroes of the Storm" one Terran hero away from completing a full squad.
Aside from adding new characters, Blizzard is also planning to implement content assortment to "Heroes of the Storm," as well as new mounts, skins, and new Infernal Shrines map for most other "Heroes of the Storm" members of the roster.
"Heroes of the Storm" latest battlefield, on the other hand, will have three lanes with an all new shrine waiting in each of the centers. Teams will have to work as one to be able to maintain control over shrines. Blizzard also revealed the alternate skins for Rexxar (Frostlord and Master), as well as, Kharazim (Dragon and Master).
All other brand new additions and changes were shown in the "Heroes of the Storm" Gamescom trailer.
