The two upcoming flagships from Samsung, the Galaxy Note 5 and the Galaxy S7 can possibly destroy the sales of the Google Nexus 2015.
Samsung will be showcasing the successor model for the Galaxy Note 4, the Galaxy Note 5 and the larger version of the Galaxy S6 Edge called the Galaxy S6 Edge Plus on Aug. 13. Both the new devices are expected to be available for purchase in August.
The South Korean tech giant is also rumored to be working on a successor model for the Galaxy S6. Early speculations indicate that the Samsung Galaxy S7 will be ready by December 2015, Sam Mobile reported.
It may get unveiled at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) that will be held in January 2016. Hence, the release of the 2015 LG Nexus 5 and 2015 Huawei Nexus smartphones will be sandwiched between the Galaxy Note 5 and the Galaxy S7.
The LG and Huawei variants of the Google Nexus 2015 smartphones are expected to release in October this year. By the time it arrives, the Galaxy Note 5 will be one of the hottest smartphones available.
Moreover, around two or three months after the release Google Nexus 2015 smartphones, the Galaxy S7 is pegged to arrive. Its arrival can also disturb the sales of 2015 LG Nexus 5 and 2015 Huawei Nexus phones.
Both upcoming Nexus 2015 smartphones will be running on Android M OS. Also, the Galaxy S7 is likely to arrive with Android M and even if it comes with Android 5.1.1 Lollipop it will be one of the first smartphones to receive the Android M OS quickly.
Moreover, internal documents reveal that the Galaxy S7 will be featuring the next generation Snapdragon 820, G for Games reported. Speculations suggest that the high-end 2015 Huawei Nexus phone may feature the Snapdragon 810 chipset. Hence, the Galaxy S7 will be powerful device than the Nexus 2015 smartphone.
