"Allegiant" stars Theo James and Shailene Woodley have previously expressed that they do not care too much about fame.
In an interview with the Evening Standard, James said that he understands how some people relate to fame very well. However, in his case, he does not really worry too much about being famous. Rather, what is most important for him is that he does his job really well.
The actor added that people should not really change just because they got famous. However, some people do change because they allow fame to control their lives.
Meanwhile, James also revealed during an interview with Flaunt Magazine that he does not have any social media accounts. According to him, he is not very comfortable with sharing a lot of information about himself because he is very private.
James vouched that he will never sign up for any social media account. However, he clarified that some celebrities are good at maintaining such channel to reach out to their fans and to expose their personal lives.
In other news, James, who is the youngest of five siblings, is one of the few actors who has maintained a professional relationship with his co-star Woodley. Despite rumors suggesting that the two live each other on a more romantic level, James has proven time and time again that he is deeply invested in his relationship with Ruth Kearney. Woodley, meanwhile, is currently in a relationship with Nahko Bear.
"Allegiant - Part 1" is slated to hit theaters in the United States on Mar. 18, 2016.
