Are young actresses like Emilia Clarke, who plays Daenerys Targaryen in the TV show "Game of Thrones" forced to expose their breasts to keep their roles or for the popular series to get good ratings?
British actress Ruth Wilson, who says she is uncomfortable watching Emilia's topless scene, believes the young actress had no choice except to go topless when she watched the popular series' first episode. "Women should have a choice and be allowed to express that choice if they don't want to get their breasts out. There's an assumption around it which I think is unfair," quotes WTVQ.
However, Express reveals that Emilia actually has a body double for the topless scenes in "Game of Thrones." She is Rosie Mac, an 18-year-old British model who displayed her curves in a topless photo shoot wearing only a white bikini bottom.
The brunette showed her killer abs and plump behind while lathering in the shower amid a tropical backdrop. But she managed to hide her breasts by covering it with her arms and long hair. Because she impressed the show's producer, Rosie has given her a permanent role in the show. She also bagged a starring role in an adult remake of "The Little Mermaid."
Moreover, Emilia is also shedding her clothes in the new film "Terminator Genisys," who with co-star Jai Courtney, would bare their skin to save humanity. It has a lengthy scene where the two would slowly undress and press their bodies together while doing time travel.
Arnold Schwarzenegger, the original Terminator who also stripped in the first movie, describes those nude scenes as "embarrassing, but fun." The 67-year-old former California governor said, "It's inevitable, you have to do it because it's what the movie shows, and there are certain times you can cover things up, and there are certain time you don't and you can't."
