The neon pink bathing suit that Kylie Jenner wore to the beach in Mexico to celebrate her 18th birthday turns out to be a "stolen" property. However, it won't get the reality star in trouble with the law because she "filched" it from mom Kris Jenner's closet.
E! News reports that when Kris saw the photos of her daughter wearing the body glove with the words "Body Glove" on the chest, she recognized it as her and posted on Instagram her photo when she wore the same swimsuit in the 1980s.
She then captioned the post: "Ohhhhhh so THIS is where my vintage Body Glove bathing suit went!!!! @kyliejenner you are grounded! Wait, I can't do that anymore you're 18 ...." So rather than get mad, Kris instead asked her followers through the hashtag #whoworeitbetter to compare her and Kylie by placing their photos side by side.
The post got more than 287,000 likes and almost 13,000 comments. Based on Kris's other hashtag #alcapulco1989, it means the swimsuit is older than Kylie who was born in 1997 by eight years. It's a good word for the manufacturer of the swimwear for its long life and good shape.
A poll by E! News shows that the original is better because so far, Kris leads the readers' survey by a landslide with 86 percent of the votes, while Kylie got a measly 14 percent.
Of course, Kylie still has other photos in her Mexico vacation with rumored boyfriend Tyga, sister Kendall and friends wearing bikinis that leave nothing to the imagination such as the purple and the white one.
Besides her bikini photos, another image of Kylie that is the talk of the town is her holding hands with Tyga, apparently confirming she is in a relationship with the rapper. The pair has not publicly confirmed their relationship, notes LA Times, despite Jenner being linked to Tyga since fall.
But actions speak louder than words since Tyga also gifted Kylie with a Mercedes Benz G-Wagon that ironically once belonged daughter to Blac Chyna, the mother of Tyga's 2-year-old son. Tyga previously denied he was dating Caitlyn Jenner's daughter.
