Director Bryan Singer has shown Storm's Egyptian grounds in the upcoming "X-Men: Apocalypse."
Singer has shared a video on his official Instagram account. It shows Storm's apartment in the film and it looks quite large. The director tagged "Independence Day" director Roland Emmerich in his comment and mentioned that he is enthusiastic to see the latter's history drama film "Stonewall," which premiere on Sept. 25. The photo got more than 4,000 likes.
According to Cinema Blend, Storm's upbringing in Singer's "X-Men: Apocalypse" will mirror he life in the pages of the comics. Storm lived on by becoming a pickpocket on the streets, following the death of her parents when she was six years old. Singer's film will also showcase a teenage Storm, as one of Apocalypse's Four Horsemen, along with Angel, Magneto, and Psylocke.
Singer boosts fans' interest, excitement, and thoughts in his set photos and videos on his upcoming film, according to Screen Rant. Just with the first look of the supervillain Apocalypse in the closing credits of "X-Men: Days of Future Past," fans are thrilled to see how the titular team meets the titular Supervillain.
"Straight Outta Compton" actress Alexandra Shipp is playing the role of Storm/ Ororo Monroe. "X-Men: Apocalypse" also stars Lana Condor, Sophie Turner, Olivia Munn, Kodi Smit-McPhee, Tye Sheridan, Rose Byrne, Josh Helman, Ben Hardy, Evan Peters, Lucas Till, Nicholas Hoult, Jennifer Lawrence, Hugh Jackman, James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Ian McKellen, and Oscar Isaac, among others.
Singer's "X-Men: Apocalypse" is slated to premiere in theaters in the United States on May 27, 2016.
