The latest "Suits" season 5 spoilers for episode 10 revealed that Harvey (Gabriel Macht) may actually resign from Pearson Specter Litt just to save the firm. Mike (Patrick J. Adams) may also follow suit and attempt to start a new life with Rachel (Meghan Markle).
According to Carter Matt, in the summer finale titled "Faith" Harvey and Mike will make a life-changing decision. In the promo video, Harvey was seen asking her therapist Paula (Christina Cole) if he should resign from the firm.
In the last episode, viewers found out that Daniel Hardman's (David Costabile) backer was no other than Charles Forstman (Jamey Sheridan). Charles admitted that he did not care about the company nor Harvey's feud with Daniel. He revealed that he only wanted to see Harvey suffer.
Charles added that the only way Harvey could save the firm is for him to resign. Based on the promo, it seems like the lawyer was thinking of taking up Charles' offer.
Meanwhile, Jessica (Gina Torres) also revealed that Jack Soloff (John Pyper-Ferguson) wanted her out of the firm. According to Christian Today, Jack will call for a vote about her removal as the firm's managing partner. Enraged, Louis Litt (Rick Hoffman) will confront Jack to tell him that he "will be dead in 15 seconds."
In the previous episode, it was revealed that Charles had something on Jack and was only using him to takeover the firm. The latter refused to tell Jessica and Louis what it was, saying that they could not do anything about it.
"Suits" season 5 episode 10 airs Aug. 26 at USA.
