Video game publisher and developer Rockstar announced that they will be introducing several new features for its Rockstar Editor upon releasing the version to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The new features will be included in next “Grand Theft Auto V” and “GTA Online” update.
Rockstar Editor allows the gamers to record in-game footage and tailored it with various camera angles, sound effects, and music, and letting them share it online. Its gameplay is capable of capturing, editing, and directing suite to consoles, Gamespot reported.
The director mode makes it easier for players to cut up gameplay clips when making their own mini-movies. “GTA Online” Freemode’s new gameplay is included as well, but more details will be launched in the coming weeks.
The Ambient Audio and Sound Effects Library adds an impressive atmospheric sound design with various audio tracks that helps in beautifying game scenes. Snapmatic Integration allows players to choose the best still frame to export straight into Snapmatic. The Copy and Paste Marker Properties makes it easier and efficient to copy and paste the audio settings from one marker to another.
Director Mode Updates highlights the preset locations in an enlarged minimap that contains blipping locations, giving the ability to spawn air and water vehicles. New Fonts gives more style for titles and credits
The size of the Rockstar Editor for Xbox One and PS4 versions is also the same with the PC version. The “GTA V” update will be available for download on PS4, Xbox One and PC version; however there is no specific date when it will be launched but it will happen around September, according to PC Gamer.
