Becky G threw shade on ex-boyfriend Austin Mahone in her latest Instagram post. The "Shower" singer was reportedly sending a message to her former beau in the form of a cryptic quote.
According to Seventeen, Becky G posted a quote on Instagram which read: "If they miss you, they'll call. If they want you, they'll say it. If they care, they'll show it. And if not, they aren't worth your time."
The publication claimed that many fans speculated that the post was directed at Mahone. Although the singer has yet to confirm if the message was for her ex-boyfriend, many fans already took the liberty to tag the "All I Ever Need" singer. They believed that Becky G was actually taking a dig at Mahone.
The outlet, however, pointed out that Becky G's posted could be taken as nothing but any other inspirational quote which helped her through the break up.
The 18-year-old has always been vocal about how hurt she was over the failed relationship. She also admitted that she is still not over her ex-boyfriend. The singer also recently took to Twitter to thank fans for their unwavering support.
She tweeted that these past few months have not been easy, but knowing that they are still behind her gave her strength.
On the other hand, according to Master Herald, Mahone seemed to be doing fine without Becky G. The publication claimed that the singer has moved on and was actually looking forward to starting a new relationship. Mahone, however, added that he wanted to take things slow this time around.
