Among the available "Chicago Fire" season 4 spoilers revealed before the NBC series return on Oct. 13 are those about Jimmy Borelli (Steven R. McQueen) and Matt Casey (Jesse Spencer).

According to "Chicago Fire" season 4 executive producer Matt Olmstead, Jimmy Borelli is summarily told by Chief Wallace Boden (Eamonn Walker) to hit the road and in an attempt to get back in 51, he needs to work his way back to Boden's good graces.

Olmstead told Entertainment Weekly that Jimmy Borelli will be late for his very first shift. Because of this, he will be duct-taped, toilet paper-wrapped and dumped at Firehouse 51 by a fellow firefighter from a different house, who happens to be his older brother.

On the other hand, Matt Casey sees Jimmy Borelli as someone with a complicated history and thinks he could be a "really great firefighter."

One of the questions "Chicago Fire" fans have is the whereabouts of Matt Casey. Picking up immediately after "Chicago Fire" season 3 finale's events, "Chicago Fire" season 4 features Gabriela Dawson (Monica Raymund) finding a dead woman in Matt Casey's ransacked apartment.

Gabriela Dawson calls Detective Voight for help. The latter then enlists the help of the entire Chicago P.D. team to bring Matt Casey home. However, the task is not because the disappearance of one of the most beloved employees of Firehouse 51 is still unclear, Hollywood Reporter noted.
