"American Horror Story" season 5 creator Ryan Murphy recently unveiled new details for the upcoming installment, "Hotel."
In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Murphy talked about the role that Lady Gaga will play on the show and said that she will be called Elizabeth or the Countess.
According to Murphy, the Countess has an insatiable appetite for blood and this could mean that she has a form of haemophilia.
Meanwhile, Murphy also confirmed that the upcoming season 5 or "American Horror Story" entitled "Hotel" will draw influence from one of the first documented serial killers in the U.S., H.H. Holmes.
In other news, the "Glee" creator also dished on the other characters on the show and provided information on what roles they will play in the series.
According to iDigital Times, Evan Peters will play the role of James March, the man responsible for building the art deco Cortez Hotel in 1930.
Actress Angela Bassett will play the role of Ramona Royale, the Countess' former lover. Matt Bomer's Donovan will have a love triangle with the Countess and Tristan (Finn Wittrock). The latter is a male model.
"American Horror Story" regular Kathy Bates will play the role of Iris, a clerk at the Cortez Hotel and who also happens to be Donovan's mom. Denis O'Hare will play the role of Liz Taylor, a cross-dresser, while Sarah Paulson will play the role of Hypodermic Sally, a junky and a friend of the Countess. Wes Bentley will play the role of police officer John Lowe.
"American Horror Story" season 5 "Hotel" will premiere on FX on Oct. 7.
