"America's Got Talent" (AGT) Season 10 (2015) wrapped up its Part 1 of Semfinals after declaring the first five finalists of the season on Sept. 2, 2015. Based on public votes and judges' choice, five out 11 semfinalists that performed the previous night were chosen to advance to the next level, while remaining seven were eliminated. The show kicked off with a performance by a special guest, The Illusionist. They put up a shadow show using their hands. It was followed by a brief recap of the performances of 11 semfinalists from previous night. Soon after, the results for "America's Got Talent" (AGT) Season 10 (2015) Semifinals-Part 1 were declared.
First off, the bottom three contestants, who were eligible for Dunkin Save were called out. Benton Blount, The Craig Lewis Band and Samantha Johnson got the last few spots and were up for Dunkin Save.
First group was called to the stage. Metal Mulisha Fitz Army, Derek Hughes and Mountain Faith Band took the stage as the results were about to be declared. Only Derek Hughes made it to finals. Metal Mulisha and Mountain Faith Band were sent home.
More results were announced. Arielle Baril, Ira and Oz Pearlman were called on to stage. Unfortunately, only one out of these three acts moved forward. Oz Pearlman moved on to the next level. Ira and Arielle Baril were eliminated.
Siro-A and Drew Lynch were called out next. The act that the public wants to see in the finals is Drew Lynch. Siro-A was eliminated.
Finally the results based on Dunkin Save were announced. Benton Blount won the public vote and The Craig Lewis Band won the judges' vote. Mel B and Heidi Klum voted for Samantha Johnson, Howard and Howie chose The Craig Lewis Band. For the tiebreaker, the act that actually won more America's votes advanced to the next level.
