There is a speculation in the media that "Twilight" star Robert Pattinson and his fiancée FKA Twigs have hit a rough patch in their relationship. The reason for a rift between the couple is Twigs' sexually-suggestive onstage performances with male dancers.
"Ironically, it's the kind of edgy mystique that attracted Rob to her in the first place," a source close to the singer told Star Magazine (via sister outlet OK! Magazine).
Twigs' onstage performances have turned Pattinson into a "jealous" and "controlling" lover and he now wants the British singer to "tone down" such performances.
However, Twigs is not accepting the change is Pattinson's behavior and feels that he is "suddenly being very old-fashioned." She is also having second thoughts on marrying the actor because living with him would mean she would have to change herself completely for him.
Twigs also reportedly complained to one of her friends that Pattinson is "needy" and "overprotective," writes the magazine citing an unnamed eye witness. The witness also added that the couple seemed to have had a huge fight sometime back.
As it turns out, Pattinson did not walk the red carpet with Twigs for the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) in Los Angeles, where the singer was nominated in three award categories for the first time. Following the event, Twigs was seen enjoying herself with a mystery man, while Pattinson attended the concert of legendary singer Van Morrison in Ireland, Belfast Live reported.
Pattinson has been in relationship with Twigs for more than a year now. Before dating Twigs, he was romancing his "Twilight" co-star Kristen Stewart. However, their relationship ended on a sour note when Stewart cheated on him with her "Snow White and the Huntsman" director Rupert Sanders.
