WWE SmackDown began the Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania show with Bray Wyatt and Luke Harper thrashing down their rivals, Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns. Bray, then, gave the audience a glimpse of what happened to Randy Orton following the Viper's match on RAW.
After trying to instill fear to their opponents, the new Wyatt Family member, Braun Strowman, finishes the promo by yelling "run!"
In the night's first match, Cesaro looked to regain lost momentum against The Miz.
The fight received some decent heat from the crowd, before Cesaro caught Miz in a Sharpshooter.
Winner: Cesaro by submission
A hot Divas match between Paige and Sasha Banks was supposed to take place after, but quickly fizzled out. Instead, the Wilkes-Barre crowd witnessed a brawl involving Paige's Team PCB and Banks' Team BAD.
When things died down, it was Naomi, Tamina, and Sasha Banks who went scampering back up the ramp.

Up next, WWE Tag Team Champions, The New Day, faced the team of Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns, and Jimmy Uso, in a six-man tag match.
To the delight of the WWE Universe, the rough-and-tumble affair saw Ambrose deliver Dirty Deeds, Reigns hit the Superman Punch, and Uso flying off the top rope for a splash.
The ref was about to finish the count when the Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza's lights went out.
After the momentary darkness, lo and behold, The Wyatt Family had Jimmy Uso on the stage.
No contest
The communal trio now known as Cosmic Wasteland went up against The Lucha Dragons afterwards.
Stardust was in The Ascension's corner for this one, and saw his team knock Kalisto out cold with The Fall of Man.
Following the three-count, Cosmic Wasteland rained down blows on The Luchas before Neville swooped in to save the day.
Winner: The Ascension via pin fall
The main event featured the second coming of WWE RAW's champion versus champion contest, only this time, Seth Rollins faced Ryback in a Lumberjack Match.
As per usual, Lumberjacks outside the ring got involved in a lot of occasions.
At the end of the night, the WWE World Heavyweight and United States Champion, Rollins, got his revenge and pinned the WWE Intercontinental Champion after a Pedigree.
