UFO observers interpret mysterious lights seen flashing over the Baltic Sea at sunset as possible aliens landing on the western part of Russia. They captured the orange light on video and posted it on YouTube.

Scott Waring, editor of UFO Sightings Daily, said the best time to capture UFOs on film is at sunset. He explains, "When the sun is setting, the light that bends around the cloak will no longer work for a few minutes," quotes Mirror.

After the orange lights hang and glow in the sky, it eventually vanished. Although the video was uploaded last week on YouTube, it was dated Aug. 5, 2015.

Mirror wrote that the spacecraft could be a top secret Russian military hardware that is being tested on orders of Russian President Vladimir Putin. Huffington Post, meanwhile, noted previous UFO sighting posts in Russia such at the one on Aug. 20 of a shape-shifting object flying in the sky.

The enthusiast, secureteam10, who posted the video described the UFO as reptilian. It appears to have two engines on either side of the mysterious craft. But non-believers dismissed the video as the result of distortions caused by the editing software. One commenter wrote: "How are you so certain this is real UFO footage. Its just as important to disprove the videos you examine as it is to prove them."

Like previous Mirror reports on UFOs, the daily placed an online survey at the end of the article asking readers if they have ever witnessed a UFO. About 60 percent said "no," and 40 percent said "yes."
