Top English club Liverpool (2-2-1, 7 points) will take on newly-promoted squad Norwich City (2-2-1, 7 points) at the Anfield on Sunday as Brendan Rodgers' side try to bounce back from two consecutive losses early in the 2015-2016 Premier League season.
The Reds were beaten by northwest rival Manchester United, 1-3, in their match last Sunday as teenager Anthony Martial made his debut for the Old Trafford residents.
Striker Christian Benteke provided the lone goal for Rodgers as they have no answer for the inspired performance by the Red Devils capped by a debut goal from Martial in the final minutes, as per Bleacher Report.
Previously, Liverpool was upset by West Ham United, 0-3, which prompted Rodgers to question his current lineup and look toward the transfer window re-opening in January.
The Canaries are doing well so far in their first season in the English primary league, as they managed to earn seven points in the overall standings after only five games.
Alex Neil's boys routed fellow newcomer Bournemouth, 3-1, via BBC Sport, in their last match and the Yellows hope to bring the momentum against a top squad like Liverpool.
However, Rodgers is keen on overcoming his disappointment by making the most of this meeting with Norwich City to improve their place in the league table.
The predicted result is a 2-0 rout for Liverpool. Benteke scored his second goal for the Reds in their last game and is expected to contribute more in the offense.
