Last year's AFC South leaders and Super Bowl favorite Indianapolis Colts were upended by the Buffalo Bills, 27-14, in their road opener last Sunday. Chuck Pagano is keen on bouncing back from that disappointing loss as they host the up-and-coming New York Jets at the Lucas Oil Stadium on Monday night.
Veteran quarterback Andrew Luck was outplayed by first-time starter Tyrod Taylor as the two-time Pro Bowler was held to 26-of-49 passing for 243 yards, two touchdowns, two interceptions, and two sacks for a low QBR of 38.7.
Luck was out struggling in the whole game as the Bills' defense jumped on him early, as per Heavy.
Meanwhile, the Jets are coming off a dominating 31-10 victory over the undermanned Cleveland Browns at home last Sunday, via Fansided.
Quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick led New York with two touchdown passes while running back Chris Ivory also had two of his own to bury the Browns.
The Colts will be going into the game without their top wideout T.Y. Hilton, but their wide receiver options are deep with Donte Moncrief and Andre Johnson. Plus, it would help that the Jets' number one passing defender Antonio Cromartie might be sidelined due to injury.
