Michael Fassbender is compelling in his titular role in 'Steve Jobs' in the new trailer of the biopic.
The clip showed Jobs' family life, his struggles with Apple, and his big comeback to the company. It humanizes the creator of Mac even more as viewers get a glimpse of his personal and professional life.
E Online reports that the trailer is just as explosive as the two previous trailers. Fassbender's transformation is believable and every bit intense. In the clip you will also see Kate Winslet who plays the role of Joanna Hoffman. She is one of the original Macintosh team members.
Academy Award winning director Danny Boyle and Academy Award winning screenwriter Aaron Sorkin created a masterpiece with "Steve Jobs." The biopic is based on the best-selling biography of the same name written by Walter Isaacson.
The Verge reports that when co-founder of Apple Steve Wozniak saw a rough cut of the film he said that Boyle and Sorkin nailed. He added that it felt like he was really watching Jobs in the movie.
Wozniak remarked that he didn't like Ashton Kutcher's version of "Jobs" as it was all too glowing. Seth Rogen plays the role of Wozniak in Boyle's film.
The movie received positive reviews during the 42nd Telluride Film Festival. Variety even forecasts that Fassbender is a serious contender for Best Actor at the Oscars.
