"Captain America" actor Sebastian Stan has shared his thoughts on a "Captain America: Civil War" scene revealed in Peyton Reed's "Ant-Man."
Stan will play Bucky Barnes, also known as the Winter Soldier in Joe Russo and Anthony Russo's upcoming Marvel Comics film "Captain America: Civil War." In his interview with Uproxx to talk about his role in the Russos' film and the status of his character at the end of Reed's "Ant-Man," Stan said that he was delighted to see his efforts in advance.
The credits for Reed's "Ant-Man" were followed by a scene showing Captain America and Falcon, as they discover the Winter Soldier. Falcon asked Captain America if they should contact Tony Stark, but the star-spangled Avenger refused, mentioning the "Accords." For Stan, he felt relieved upon knowing that his character will be in the Russos' forthcoming superhero film.
Marvel's actors follow an order from the studio with regard to what they may say. With Reed's "Ant-Man" post-credit scene, fans now have an idea on what will happen to the Winter Soldier and his friend Captain America in the Russos' "Captain America: Civil War," as per Cinema Blend.
"Captain America: Civil War" follows the state of the superheroes following the release of the "Accords." The Winter Soldier is set to team up with Captain America, along with Hawkeye, Agent 13, Falcon, and Ant-Man. They will be against Iron Man's team, which reportedly includes Black Widow, War Machine, The Vision, and Black Panther.
"Captain America: Civil War" is slated to premiere in theaters in the United States on May 6, 2016.
