Google is holding an event on Sept. 29, which is expected to be the LG Nexus 5 and Huawei Nexus 6 release date.
A message sent by Google to Ars Technica reads, "Join us for some tasty new treats and much s'more. Tuesday, September 29, 2015. Doors open at 8AM. Presentation at 9AM and hands-on time will follow. RSVP HERE. Please RSVP no later than Sept. 24th."
Both the 2015 Nexus 5, which will be built by LG, and the 2015 Nexus 6, which will be built by Huawei, are geared up for Marshmallow with fingerprint readers and USB Type C. Also, the two smartphones with have front-facing stereo speakers and laser autofocus for the camera.
During the event on Sept. 29, which will be live-streamed at youtube.com/google, Google is also expected to launch Android 6.0 Marshmallow and Chromecast 2.
Meanwhile, Google continues to dominate the online world having several of the online world's most valuable assets and properties. During the second-quarter conference of Google, it was said that Android, Chrome, YouTube, Google Search, and Google Maps each have more than billion users.
Over the long term, Google stock has delivered hugely for investors. In the past decade, shares of the online search giant are up by 318 percent, which beat the Nasdaq index and its 121 percent gain over the same period, according to USA Today.
Second to none when it comes to competitive advantages in online advertising, Google is very powerful as shown by the fact that consumers use the word google as a verb, which refers to searching for online information.
