If previous titles were not enough to get some more players onto the PS4 platform, then maybe the latest PS4 bundle may change some minds. Ubisoft and Sony have announced the newest PS4 bundle for the upcoming "Assassin's Creed Syndicate."
The good thing here is that the PS4 is already the newer 1TB bundle. The PS4 bundle will also include a physical copy of "Assassin's Creed Syndicate" as well as an added game bonus of "Watch_Dogs," which is also from Ubisoft's collection, PlayStation Blog reported.
Apart from the announcement of a new PS4 bundle, Sony has also teased to fans a new DLC that will be exclusive to the PS4. The new mission, titled the Dreadful Crimes Mission Pack, is showcased in a trailer, as seen below.
The included exclusive DLC will have a total of 10 missions in and around 19th century London. The DLC will feature Artie who is a fan of detective stories and his tag-team partner and journalist Henry Raymond. Some of the crimes included in the pack are related to the Whitechapel and the Buckingham Palace. Players can also enjoy the dual play between twin protagonists Evie and Jacob Frye, complete with enhanced Eagle Vision to get deeper into the clues.
In the DLC pack, players will be tasked to play detective. They will have to use their deductive skills to identify the culprit. However, the conclusion can go both ways. If an individual is wrongly accused, then the reward for the mission will be lessened, GameSpot reported.
On the other hand, those who are able to identify the right culprit will be rewarded with in-game items dubbed unique and can be used by daily detectives. What these are remains to be seen, as Ubisoft has not yet provided details.
PS4 players can get the Dreadful Crimes DLC once "Assassin's Creed Syndicate" launches. As a bonus, it is exclusive to the PS4, though no word has confirmed yet if it is merely a timed exclusive and if it can be obtained by Xbox One and PC players.
"Assassin's Creed Syndicate" is set for release on the PS4, Xbox One and PC. The next-gen consoles will get it earlier on Oct. 23, while those on the PC should wait until Nov. 19 for a copy.
