"Fifty Shades of Grey" star Dakota Johnson reveals that instead of attracting more men after what she bared in the daring movie, men are running away from her. She is rather getting unwanted attention from men she is not interested in.
Dakota told Ellen DeGeneres that although her parents who are celebrities too, Don Johnson and Melanie Griffith, did not see the film, a lot of people did. That includes cab drivers who recognize the 25-year-old actress, reports E! News.
One driver told Dakota that he and his wife watched the film and liked it, but adds, "I thought there could be more sex," the actress shares a recent cab experience.
Dakota admits that she is still single, which led Ellen to ask if people have become more attracted or scared of her since the film was shown. She replies: "They either love me or they're running for the hills ... Mostly running for the hills."
With that statement, Dakota confirmed rumors that she had split from Drowners guitarist Matthew Hitt, reports Kpopstarz. However, she is reportedly dating again former boyfriend Jake Gyllenhaal. The pair, who had a relationship in 2011, were seen dating recently in Los Angeles, reports Harper's Bazaar.
"A source spotted Johnson and Gyllenhaal sharing a table at an LA nightclub and then sneaking out via separate entrances, reportedly glancing back at one another as if they 'just gotten away with something,'' according to Harper's Bazaar.
"Fifty Shades of Grey" is just first of three films that Dakota has committed to make. By January, she would start to shoot "Fifty Shades Darker," which would be shown in 2017.
