"The Big Bang Theory" actress Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting is reportedly best friends with her ex-boyfriend Johnny Galecki. The actress spoke about her relationship with Galecki during her recent appearance on "Watch What Happens Live."
"Well, we dated like five years ago, so I think we both moved on. Johnny is actually one of my best friends," Cuoco said when asked whether she feels awkward working with Galecki in "The Big Bang Theory."
The 29-year old blonde beauty went on to say that the relationship could have ended horribly but it didn't, and also that her husband, Ryan Sweeting, "loves" Johnny. She was all praises for her ex, and admitted how lucky and blessed she was that Galecki got along well with Sweeting.
Galecki and Cuoco, who play the characters of Leonard and Penny respectively in "The Big Bang Theory," were in a relationship from 2007 to 2010, Us Weekly reported.
"It was a wonderful relationship, but we never spoke a word about it and never went anywhere together," the actress said to CBS Watch! Magazine. She was happy that the break-up did not foster hatred between the two, instead both moved on professionally.
Meanwhile, It has been a happy ending between the co-stars in the sitcom, with Leonard and Penny tying the knot in the Sept. 21 episode. Cuoco even mentioned on Instagram, how she had been waiting for this to happen since the pilot episode of "The Big Bang Theory" nine years back. She captioned the picture, "We're back baby!!!
