Lowly team Stoke City (0-3-3, 3 points) will clash with up-and-coming squad Bournemouth (2-3-1, 7 points) in a week 7 Premier League 2015-2016 meeting at the Britannia Stadium on Saturday, September 26.

Mark Hughes' gritty men forced a hard-fought 2-2 draw against top team Leicester City also at home at the Britannia Stadium last Saturday.

The Potters gave the undefeated Foxes a scare in the first half as forwards Bojan Krkić and Jonathan Walters scored a goal apiece at the 13th and 20th-minute marks to move up 2-0 at halftime.

However, they succumbed to Leicester's relentless attacks in the second half as big names Riyad Mahrez and Jamie Vardy scored two goals to settle for the tie, as per The Guardian.

Meanwhile, newly-promoted club Bournemouth had an impressive performance against hard-luck team Sunderland, 2-0, at the Vitality Stadium also last Saturday.

Striker Callum Wilson and winger Matt Ritchie provided the goals for Boscombe in the first nine minutes of play en route to the dominating win, as reported by Chronicle Live.

It was Wilson's fifth goal in six appearances for the Cherries and he hopes to continue scoring in this match against the Potters.

The predicted result is a tough 2-1 escape for Stoke City. Hughes and his crew will finally earn their first win of the season at the expense of an up-and-down squad like Bournemouth.
