After dropping their first game of the season in Week 2, the San Francisco 49ers (1-1) are visiting the undefeated Arizona Cardinals (2-0) on Sunday at the latter's University of Phoenix Stadium for a Week 3 2015 NFL season matchup.
San Francisco was humiliated by Ben Roethlisberger and the Pittsburgh Steelers in their last game, 43-18, via PennLive, as Jim Tomsula's defense could not contain the three-time Pro Bowler and two-time Super Bowl champion signal caller.
Next, they will be up against Arizona's two-time Pro Bowler and former Pro Bowl MVP Carson Palmer and his crew of wide receivers.
The Cardinals demolished the Chicago Bears, 48-23, during their Week 2 game at the Soldier Field, as per Fansided.
Palmer passed 17-of-24 for 185 and had four touchdowns with one interception and no sacks for a QBR of 99.1 and a rating of 115.5, one of the best for the week.
The Niners are in trouble of losing their second consecutive game if Palmer plays the same way as the San Francisco defense is currently struggling against the passing game.
Prediction: Cardinals win, 35-17
