‘Once Upon A Time’ Season 5 Relationship Spoilers: What’s Next For Snow And Charming, Hook And Emma, Rumple And Belle, Regina And Robin, Henry And Violet, And A New Couple

"Once Upon A Time" (OUAT) Season 5 premieres Sept. 27, 2015 with Episode 1 titled "The Dark Swan." As the name suggests, the new instalment will see the rise of the new dark one Emma Swan. Fans must brace themselves to witness the emergence of some unlikely heroes in an attempt to save Emma. Meanwhile, there will be a lot happening for the popular couples and a mystery same-sex relationship will be explored. Read on to find out what happens next for the fan-favourite couples, Hook and Emma, Snow White and Prince Charming, Henry and Violet, Regina and Robin Hood and others. [Spoiler alert! Entertainment publication ET Online managed to obtain a scoop on the future of popular couples in Storybrooke from "Once Upon a Time" (OUAT) executive producers Adam Horowitz and Eddy Kitsis. In the interview, Kitsis promised some "really romantic and hopeful moments" in Season 5.

Speaking about super couple Prince Charming and Snow White, together known as Snowing, the EP said we can expect some "great moments" for the couple amid the chaos. While their daughter Emma is in huge trouble, the couple is going to have to deal with lots of challenges this season. Meanwhile, the couple is going to find a dear friend King Arthur. It is said Prince Charming's adventures with King Arthur is going to have an "impact on his relationship with Snow White" and it won't be long before it is revealed.

In "Once Upon a Time" (OUAT) Season 4 finale, fans saw Emma finally say "I love you" to Captain Hook. Shippers will not be disappointed this season as Kitsis assures that "The Dark One is capable of love." The series will explore their relationship and how Emma's transformation will impact it.

"This year she has to deal with the fact that every time she ever told someone she loved them or kissed them, they died. Hook is there because we know he's a good survivor. So I think that it is very hard to let your guard down and make yourself more vulnerable, and that we're going to explore with Hook and her this season," Kitsis said about Hook and Emma's storyline in "Once Upon a Time" (OUAT) Season 5.

Rumple and Belle are free from darkness and it is going to change their relationship in a big way. Talking about this couple, Horowitz said that their relationship is "growing and changing and evolving."

In the fifth instalment of ABC's fairy tale drama, Henry will not only be heading for his own quest but will also find his first love. Henry will meet Violet in Camelot and it seemingly will be love at first sight. As a couple, Henry and Violet are "pretty awesome" according to Kitsis.

Spoilers for "Once Upon a Time" (OUAT) Season 5 has teased the introduction of a same-sex romance. Kitsis refrained from revealing the characters involved but he revealed that the romance will be set up in the second half of the show.

"So we feel that it is time that we explored a relationship in that community, and we're very excited about it because we're treating it no different than any other love story that we do because that's just the way of the world," Kitsis said.

Fans and media outlets such as Ecumenical News are speculating that the show may finally feature romance between Mulan and Aurora. In the past, it has been teased that Mulan has feelings for Aurora.

Season 5 will see Regina take the lead and become the saviour. While she tries to save Emma and the rest of them, Robin Hood will be "supporting" Regina. Meanwhile, Regina has Zelena to deal with while she is pregnant with Robin Hood's baby.

Watch out for "Once Upon a Time" (OUAT) Season 5 Episode 2, which features some "really romantic moments" between Regina and Robin Hood. The said segment reportedly features "Homecoming Dance" and it is "hugely romantic."

"I think episode two has romance blowing through its veins," Horowitz said.
