VH1 hit show "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" never fails to intrigue fans with drama and arrest issues among cast members. Latest news reveals that Momma Dee was excited in her latest photo amid it being a smug shot.
According to Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office, Dee, the mother of rapper Lil Scrappy, was arrested for "fraud on inn keeper-nonpayment" and she was taken to the Milwaukee County Jail on Saturday morning, E! Online reported.
Dee's incident comes a few days after Stevie J's son; Dorian J had legal problems that became a key storyline for the next series. Dee was released shortly after 2 p.m. CT on Saturday after posting a cash bail of $250.
According to TMZ, the 52-year-old reality star was allegedly arrested while celebrating her birthday at a restaurant with friends, none of whom was ready to pay the $500 bill. Dee indicated that the arrest was one big misunderstanding that should have never happened.
Talking to the publication, Dee said that she was an invited guest to dinner, as opposed to the occasion being an event particularly in her birthday, and she was in the washroom when the check came and everyone left.
The report added, "When she came back from the bathroom, she says she was bombarded by restaurant managers and cops who claimed she was dining and ditching. She says she was willing to pay her part of the check, but would not pay for the others, and that's when she was busted."
Last month, another reality star, Kim Richards, was arrested on account of shoplifting.
