"General Hospital" (GH) episode airing Oct. 1 will see a major confession. The upcoming segment features Maxie (Kirsten Storms), Dillon (Robert Palmer Watkins), Paul (Richard Burgi), Anna (Finola Hughes), Sam (Kelly Monaco), Nathan (Ryan Paevey), Valerie (Brytni Sarpy), Carly (Laura Wright) and other Port Charles town residents. "General Hospital" (GH) spoilers indicate at some at a rare admission by Dillon. According to We Love Soaps and Soap Central, Dillon finds a confidante in Maxie and shares a secret with her. All this happens while Dillon is still busy making his movie. Several media outlets are speculating Dillon will confess his feelings for Lulu to Maxie. How Maxie reacts to the news remains to be seen
Meanwhile, Paul continues his investigation as he looks for more information about Anna's past. Paul approaches Nathan with his questions related to Anna. At the same time, Anna reaches out to Sam with a business proposition.
Elsewhere, Nathan learns about Valerie and Dante's last rendezvous. Nathan asks Valerie to maintain distance from him and move on in life. Will Valerie be able to forget Dante?
Also, fans must brace themselves for an explosive confrontation. Ava and Carly come face to face and things between them don't look too pretty.
