iOS 9.1 beta 3 was already released to the developers. They may download the latest iOS from the OTA, yet the public version of the beta is yet to be released.
iOS 9.1 beta 3 features are yet to be discovered, though the most noticeable is a new set of wallpapers. Apple users who are registered developers may now download the beta to any device through the ISPW. However, anyone cane register for an Apple developer's account and download the iOS 9.1 beta 3 on the iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch by following these steps:
1. Get an iOS developer account for $99/year. Just visit the Apple website to purchase a developer account.
2. Register your developer device in the iOS Development Center, for authentication of the device.
3. Back up your files on iTunes before download the iOS 9.1 beta 3 to avoid any incidence of your device crashing or losing your data.
4. After following the first three-steps, you may now download and install the iOS 9.1 beta 3.
5. WARNING: Better use an alternative device in testing the beta version of the iOS 9 to avoid any bugs your main device may get from the beta update.
iOS 9.1 beta 3 currently supports the following iPhone 5 (CDMA and GSM and global GSM), iPhone 4S, and iPod Touch 5th Generation, iPad 2, 3 and 4, as well as the iPad Mini, iPhone 5S, iPhone 5C, and iPad Air, iPhone 6, 6 Plus and 6S, MAC Rumors reported.
