Aside from Leonard's (Johnny Galecki) bachelor party in Mexico, something big happened in "The Big Bang Theory" season 9 episode 3 titled "The Bachelor Party Corrosion." Amy (Mayim Bialik) gave up her ear virginity. Thanks to Penny (Kaley Cuoco).
When asked by Bernadette (Melissa Rauch) how she is handling single life, Amy admitted that she wanted to try a different fashion statement. Bernadette and Penny quickly suggested a lot of things she should change when it comes to how she dresses.
It was Penny who took Amy's ear virginity, which is huge for the latter because her mother told her that pierced ears were for pirates, genies and whores. While they were doing this, Bernadette asked Penny, who was recently married to Leonard, why she has not changed her relationship status on Facebook.
Penny explained that her parents still do not know that she married Leonard. Bernadette revealed that that Amy also has not told her mother that she and Sheldon (Jim Parsons) already broke up. Bernadette told them that it was time for them to be adults, call their parents and fess us.
As Bernadette advised, Penny called her father Wyatt (Keith Carradine) and confessed about her marriage to Leonard. Her father was very calm and it turned out that he himself had something to confess to his daughter.
Penny's father revealed that he ran over his daughter's pet pig with his tractor a year ago and the pig was buried in the backyard with his daughter's great-grandmother.
Since Amy was afraid of talking to her mother when she made the phone call, Penny grabbed the phone and shouted about Amy's breakup with Sheldon and ear piercing.
Meanwhile, while in Mexico for Leonard's bachelor party weekend, a flat tire put the men's science skills to the test.
"The Big Bang Theory" season 9 episode 4 titled "The 2003 Approximation" will air on TBS on Oct. 12, Monday.
