"General Hospital" (GH) spoilers suggest massive relationship drama in the upcoming segment. According to We Love Soaps, Laura visits Elizabeth and tries to convince her to stop lying to Jake. She asks Elizabeth to reveal the truth to Jake and Sam. But will Elizabeth listen to Laura?
Meanwhile, Jake and Sam continue their investigation. However, their plan hit a snag when an unexpected event occurs. The pair ends up in a dangerous situation and are forced to take some quick decisions.
Elsewhere, Dillon finally opens up to Lulu about his feelings for him. She reveals how much he loves her. Lulu's reaction to Dillon's confession remains to be seen.
But it seems Lulu is not going to be very happy to learn about Dillon's love for her. Entertainment publication TV Source Magazine has revealed spoilers for Oct. 12, 2015. According to the report, Sam and Jake approach Spinelli to help them in their investigation. Meanwhile, Valerie and Dillon find a common ground and find a connection. Patrick realises that Hayden may have suffered memory loss.
