"19 and Kids" counting alum Jill Duggar and Derek Dillard recently told fans that they will give them an update on their mission work in the upcoming TLC specials.
According to Gospel Herald, Jill and Derek will take part in a series episodes inspired by their now debunked reality TV show.
The Dillards will be joined by Jill's sister Jessa and the latter's husband Ben Seewald.
Meanwhile, Jill and Derick recently went under fire for allegedly misusing the funds that they have been collecting from generous donors.
It was also revealed that the couple was not accredited for doing missionary work.
According to Design N Trend, thousands of sponsors and fans are now demanding a rebate from the couple.
Now, the Dillards responded to fan allegations that they are misusing their donations via his family's official blog.
On the site, Derick asked their supporters to stay tuned for an update from their most recent missionary work in El Salvador.
"We are looking forward to reconnecting with everyone with the new specials on TLC - many have asked about our mission work and about the challenges of taking our family to a different country, culture and learning a new language. We appreciate your prayers. Keep up with us at dillardfamily.com," he wrote.
In other news, Jessa and Ben are currently waiting for the arrival of their baby. The reality TV star is now 36 weeks pregnant, and ready to give birth anytime.
As of late, there is still no confirmation on when the TLC specials of the Duggar sisters will air on the network.
