New "Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain" details will feature a patch update for the FOB missions and Konami apologizes for the stability issues in "Metal Gear Online".
Konami announce a new patch update for "Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain" in its change log for the PlayStation and Xbox consoles and for the PC. The new updates will be heavily focused on the FOB missions within the game, GearNuke reported.
The list of changes include a new event mission for the FOB, FOB insurance services, new and improved missions in for combat deployment, huge boost on rewards, new grade 7 equipment, night vision equipment for the security team, infiltrate without any trace, FOB expansion raid reduction, improvements on UI on screen elements and point scoring and an increase in GMP and materials online.
Aside from the new patch update, Konami has also made an apology for the gaming fans regarding the stability issues plagueing "Metal Gear Online".
The stability issues started when "Metal Gear Online" became active and many gamers have notice these issues when playing the game. Konami assured fans that they will fix "Metal Gear Online" as soon as possible, Eurogamer reported.
Konami added that they will distribute 3000GP for the gamers , as well as an extension for XP Boost as compensation for "MGO's" stability issues.
"Metal Gear Online" is a competitive online feature within "Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain" were in players will compete in three game modes such as Bounty Hunter, Comm. Control and Cloak and Dagger. Gamers can create their character and have unique roles like Infiltrator, Scout and Enforcer.
The game recently made over $175 million in global sales within its first 24 hours, doubling its intended cost.
"Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain" is currently available for the PS4, Xbox One,PS3, Xbox 360 and for the PC platform.
