The preview trailer of "South Park" Season 19, Episode 5 shows Randy shopping at Whole Foods and as soon as he goes at the counter, the clerk throws a tricky question at him.

The clerk wants to know if he would add a dollar to help the hungry children around the world.

"Okay sir, looks like your total is $37.83. Okay, and would you like to add a dollar donation to help hungry kids around the world?" the clerk asks in the "South Park" Season 19, Episode 5 sneak peek video.

Randy, quietly, declines the request. However, the clerk, stresses and asks again.

"I am sorry, you don't want to give the dollar to hungry kids?" "Okay no problem, window's going to come up and ask if you are helping the hungry kids, just hit - 'No I am not.'"

The episode will also deal with the issues of body shaming and latest target is Cartman.
