Supercell has a surprise planned for their "Clash of Clans" friends this Halloween, as per speculations.
This Halloween, a major update will change the landscape among other changes in the game, according to Master Hearald. The update is supposed to be Halloween themed and thus add the night time theme into the play.
Certain features like shiny gems and torches for illumination will be added to the game, and the overall visibility of the battlefield will perhaps deteriorate, among other things. Additional features like game's assets, sounds and obstacles, loading screens, will also be changed to match with the aesthetic of the holiday.
The game has been getting several gameplay features lately, and some are coming too fast, without allowing the players to adjust to them. Adding too much of features, without allowing the gamers to get accustomed, might decline the game's overall appeal.
For those players who are not a fan of the nighttime theme, there will be an option to switch between interfaces and choose the most preferred one apparently; however, it is not yet known if the individual players can disable the game's balance.
Additionally, there have been rumors that the game will also upgrade Level 11 Town Hall, and Level 8 Barbarians, according to Design & Trend.
Other features, which are rumored to be added, include a limited time Halloween Cauldron obstacle which contain Elixir for harvesting. Along with that the Spell Factory Boost will cost 1 gem instead of its normal 10 gems.
"Clash of Clans" Halloween update is available on iOS and Android devices as an optional add - on for those who want the spooky features.
